List of Services

No two properties are the same, and no two owners have the same specific needs. Therefore, we offer many different services tailored to fit specific owners needs. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Preservation of existing income stream or minimizing its loss.
  • Provide recommendations as to the improvement of the properties functional and visual esthetics.
  • Provide 24-hour emergency contact persons, in the event of an emergency, and implementation of any emergency plan for the property.
  • Provide accurate records of all income received, and expense disbursement as provided for under the terms of the Management Agreement to the Owners on a monthly basis.
  • Collection and deposit of all rents due under provisions as provided for in the Lease or Rental Agreement in place.
  • Aggressive advertising in a variety of venues.
  • Professional agents and property management team who are licensed Real Estate Agents or Brokers.
  • Computerized access to all available properties in the Austin metro area and up-to-date picture of the local market.

Compensation for the above services shall be in the form of a percentage of the gross monies as collected, which shall be agreed upon and provided for in the Management Agreement. Our fees range from 7-8 % of rents for most single family properties.
